Found your store tucked away, previously hadn’t been aware of its location. Michel your employee was fantastic! Her customer service and sales skills should be acknowledged as she was great. She wasn’t like your normal sales person who can sometimes be over bearing and in your face, she gave us space and very knowledgeable about your products

A great experience overall

Edward was very helpful, polite & understanding in his dealings with us which made us feel very welcome as customers. He took the necessary time required for us to go through the 'testing' process, look at & try various beds also to see what we liked & were more comfortable with. We felt like valued-customers on the day. We weren't rushed out of the door & weren't made to feel awkward or uncomfortable, even though we may not have actually decided to buy anything.

Michel, the Sales advisor at the Huntingdon store, went above and beyond in her job. She made sure she explained everything to us and offered a bottle of water, as well as then leaving us to go around the different options individually to work out what was right. She was friendly, very knowledgable and made our visit very enjoyable and safe - and it was super speedy on the delivery! She is a star of the team and I don’t think we would have got the same experience with anyone else!
