Dreams store was easy to find and access with plenty of parking. Having bought a bed from Dreams some years ago it was an easy chose when needing a new mattress. Sally was easy to talk to and ready to give me all the asistance I needed to choose a mattress. I was not hurried and after going on the machine to test my needs she showed me several options. Was pleased to go ahead and order a new Mattress! Free delivery within a week was a real bonus.

The store was easy to locate and had plenty of parking. But what really impressed me was the staff, we had two visits and two different staff helped us. They were both so friendly and knowledgeable and patient and when we went back the second time, the other member of staff remembered us and picked up our enquiry without any problem. This is how shopping should be done, well done to those hard-working excellent assistants, they are a credit to the store and are why I didn’t shop on-line but in person, so much added value and help. The bed we chose was to be built in the UK with natural materials and we had the chance to try it out, as well as several others, so we were very confident about the product we were buying. Would definitely recommend.
