I was greeted at the front door by a gentleman called Michael. I know the type of bed I was looking for and he was able to answer the questions I had on the bed frame. I didn’t know what type of matters I needed and asked some questions and put me on the matters testing machine to see what will be best for be. I was able to try out a couple of matters and was able to find the one I really liked

Customer service was good, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy which made it comfortable
