The man in the shop was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He asked questions to find out exactly what we needed.

Member of staff ( Michael ) was easy to talk to and had time to discuss product options and was knowledgeable about products on offer . Michael had a very friendly demeanor and was not overly pushy about selling a product .

We visited the Huntingdon store on 2 occasions last week and dealt with Sally (368). Sally was professional, friendly and informative and assisted us in locating the ideal purchase for our daughter (who has recently been extremely ill and continues to suffer from an undiagnosed illness) Sally made us feel welcome and explained the process thoroughly. We visited the store on Rememberance Sunday and it was lovely to hear that Sally was playing the music from the Cenataph and we all observed the 2 minutes silence. We would not hesitate in recommending this store to any of our friends and family for their future purchases. Please pass on our thanks to Sally for her help.

My son is very tall and I needed him to have a bed that was comfortable and the assessment as well as the opportunity to try a variety of different mattresses meant he's v happy with the end result

Staff, Sally and colleague were very friendly, highly attentive and knowledgable of products. A drink was offered.

Sally 368 was very friendly, polite, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in store. She explained how the bed that measures you works then showed us 3 beds that might suit us. We tried all 3 beds then I asked if I could try the first one again. Sally had no problem with my request, she seemed to have plenty of time for us and was not pushy in any way. We went home and came back the following day to order the first bed and mattress we tried and also bought 2 new pillows. We were really impressed with the staff at the store and they have arranged the date that we asked for to deliver. They could not have done better in our eyes.

Michel was highly attentive and made the whole ordering process painless.

We were helped as soon as we entered the store and it was a very pleasant experience for my 92 year old mother looking for her bed. Great service all round 😊
