All the products I wanted to see were available to try and I was provided with the necessary assistance.

We were able to look around without fear of being prayed on as soon as we walked through the door. The staff knew were were there as we had a quick conversation and we said we were happy to be left alone, when we found what we wanted, we were so pleased with the salesperson, here name was Sally, she had a great personality and knew all about the product

The customer service from Michel in the Huntingdon store. Se was great and knew her products as I’ve worked in making of beds and the latex and memory foam Side twenty years back it was great to discuss products.

Michael assisted us and used the computer based mattress assessor on us. He was very helpful and polite all through the process and assisting us in selecting our mattress.

Bloke called Michael at the DREAMS in Huntingdon, customer service was brilliant and one of the best.

Michael and his team made us welcome and feel like we was family the knowledge and service was well beyond anything you could expect. Whilst we was in store the whole team was welcoming and of great houmor, nothing g was to much trouble at any point of our visit and the team was simply amazing

Sally the assistant was very helpful and friendly. Was kind to the grandchildren.

Sally was so helpful and gave us some really good advice. We were unsure about shopping for mattresses due to Covid but felt very safe and at ease in the store.
