Michel is very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted done a test on the clever machine to make sure it would suit the way we slept. And then helped us by showing us mattresses recommended by the machine. 10 out of 10 for customer care. Thank you.

The whole procedure of making the purchase was extremely easy. From finding the depot, parking, the layout of the beds within the depot, the Covid adherence by the staff member on duty at the time of our visit, plus the relaxed but professional way we were dealt with. The system of finding the best options for our needs was interesting and from that we chose one of the mattresses suggested. We were impressed with the range of beds on offer and the quality. The actual purchase procedure was simple and fast. The date offered for delivery was quicker than expected. No heavy sales pressure, which was appreciated, but the assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our queries. We have no hesitation in recommending your company and will certainly use you again should the occasions arise.
