Very impressed with Michael's knowledge of the products. Staff were both very accommodating. The free bottle of water and ability to use the toilet in store was the difference between making a purchase in dreams or going elsewhere. Loved the sleep assessment machine too!

Huntingdon Store gave us an excellent service , finding something suitable and delivering it in good time for visitors. All staff were friendly and professional including the delivery men. At all times we were kept in contact as to the delivery times too.

In-store customer service was excellent, Michael was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped my 13 daughter choose the appropriate mattress, pillow and bed. She loved the mattress machine!! I was really pleased with the delivery date of next week, I thought it would be weeks.

The represntive was very helpful and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you

Very highly satisfied brillant service by both of the assistants, they was so helpful, couldn't do enough to help with the decision which bed was suitable for my needs, their names were Sally and Michel, its was a hot day and gave my friend and myself a bottle of cold water which I thought was very thoughtful of them both

The two ladies who were in the Huntingdon store were very welcoming, friendly and quite frankly a proper giggle! I apologise that I didn’t remember their names but they were brilliant.

Michelle greeted us at your Huntingdon store and immediately demonstrated her significant product knowledge which gave us a great deal of confidence in her recommendations. We had previously visited 6+ bed stores including Bensons and John Lewis looking for advice -Michelle’s guidance was light years ahead of your competition which prompted us to purchase a bed approximately twice as expensive as our previous budget.

Michael and Michel at the Huntingdon store were welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable. A mistake was made with the wrong mattress being ordered once delivered this was rectified quickly delivery drivers were pleasant and respectful.
