Knowledgeable and friendly staff

Michel and her colleague were super helpful. It was the first ever visit to Dreams and we were really impressed. We purchased 2 ottoman beds and 2 mattresses - after having the ‘mattress matching’ experience. We recommended the store to our daughter who visited the next day and purchased a mattress. We will definitely recommend to friends.

Edward was the singular reason we purchased a bed from you. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find the best bed for my wife's particular taste and requirements. He also seemed genuinely disappointed when he discovered the oatmeal headboard we wanted wasn't available. We came to this store as a relative had mentioned Edward by name and were glad to have him assist us. I'll be returning to purchase a new mattress for the spare bed in a few weeks on the grounds that he is working. Regards Philip
