pleasant staff, nice place, always asked if I'm okay. Esthetician was lovely truly. Maybe let her know to say "I'm putting on a moisturizer," instead of naming the brand, type, etc. She was very informative, but talked a bit too much. I've had several facials in my lifetime and it seemed to much talking and selling. I would have liked a little less because I'd like to relax. Not a problem. It didn't ruin my appointment. I'd still come back anytime. Just giving a tip. :P

The massage therapists are all different in terms of technique but the results are always good.

I'm in general a happy camper with Hand & Stone and rather happy with the level of service provided, or I wouldn't have considered becoming a member in the first place. Anyhow, my recent disappointment, can be tracked down to 1 incident where I booked the optional Foot massage treatment for +$15 thinking I could really use the additional relaxation due to some serious mileage on my feet recently. Considering I'm paying north of $100 for a 50 minute massage with an RMT, I would then assume that you, like most other spas I can recollect visiting, would be providing said additional services, at additional cost to the customer, at which point, its only sensible that a customer is paying for additional time and NOT paying to eat into the precious 50 minutes of massage time I've already paid for! Why would any patron want to do that? I can't understand the logic of this pricing policy I'm afraid. I personally, am not inclined to be up-sold any more of your add-on type services without reading the FINE PRINT or just avoiding altogether! Not the most pleasant customer experience, but Christiana at reception, promptly understood when she realized this policy was not communicated to me at the time of booking, and reversed the charge. Happy with the resolution, but unhappy that a resolution was needed in the first place. Take care.

It was easy to book my appointment when I wanted it and I was pleasantly surprised that there was an intro price offer that the receptionist applied to my visit.

The service was excellent. Everything was clean. There was a sale. Otherwise it may be too expensive for me.
