The receptionist was extremely friendly and took time to introduce me to the therapist before I went with him. Jim did an excellent job assessing my needs and comfort level throughout the whole experience and was friendly and very kind throughout the massage. He even provided after care instruction (Ex. if I felt some pain/discomfort the next day it was normal and to drink lots of water). Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.

my esthetician manuela was such a pro and she knew what she was doing! this facial was soo relaxing and i will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family! my skin is still glowing and it’s been 3 days! amazing place! 10/10 recommend

The service is impeccable: i love the ambiance of the spa. I always feel taken care of at hand and stone and feel relaxed after leaving. My RMT is absolutely amazing and I always request her :)

Everyone was pleasant. I loved how the RMTA greeted us and the cleanliness of both the spa itself and the rooms. Will be returning again.
