Everyone is friendly and very welcoming. Ansen massage technique was amazing, improving my muscles immediately. Jas showed excellent knowledge of skin care during my facial delivering glowing results.

The massage area is very net and the massage therapist great at her job. The receptionist made me feel at home from the moment at stepped in. I had a pleasant experience overall

This was not my first visit with Ewa and it won't be my last - she is my preferred therapist at Hand & Stone. You can tell by her touch that she is a skilled professional who is experienced. I live in Hamilton and work once a week in the area. There is a location closer to my home, however, I still choose the Mississauga Hand & Stone location so I may visit with Ewa. I appreciate and value her service and will return again for my regular appt.

My therapist is always so attentive! I keep requesting her she now understands my problem areas and gives me advise and stretches to help with the discomfort highly recommended Mary !!

I was calling for an appointment last minute, hoping to find anyone to provide the service. Receptionist was warm and friendly, easily accommodating my request. When i inquired as to location because i drove to wrong location she was quick to explain the exact location and relieve my stress at potentially being late. I was greeted with a friendly hello upon a frazzled arrival.

Booking online my appointment was made very easy. The reminder the day before was appreciated. Upon arrival, I didn't have to wait as my aesthetician was ready for me. The staff was very welcoming and helpful; during my facial my aesthetician was very knowledgeable and gentle. I really enjoyed my experience and will be back.

My husband and I love going for a couples massage, it’s convenient for the two of us to go together. We also love, love, love our masssage therapists Asen and Tammy. We have had many massages at various places…Tammy and Asen are our favourite therapists.
