The front desk team was very accommodating to the appointment running late, and offered aromatherapy service to add the additional level of relaxation for me. The RMT was also extremely professional, and knowledgeable about what was necessary for my treatment!

I spoke to Niky over the phone and not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she was bubbly and polite. I felt welcome before I even set foot in the door! I would hire her myself if I could! What a wonderful representative and first point of contact! My RMT, Robin, was absolute MAGIC. She made me feel better within less than an hour with a pain in my shoulder that was becoming quite debilitating. She was patient and thorough with my health history and taught me so much during my massage! She obviously loves what she does and that reflects not only in her work, but how she carries herself. We had great conversations peppered with comfortable silences...overall? 20/10. Superb experience. Benefits or not, I will DEFINITELY be a regular and I'm already recommending Hand and Stone to my friends and co-workers. Thank you ladies!
