Very friendly receptionist robin massage therapist is excellent.

This was a very clean and welcoming massage spa. The reception to my first time visit was easy and friendly. Robin is great RMT.

Robin was very knowledgeable and perfesonal. I have major pain due to a frozen shoulder and she did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. She really worked on my knot. She gave me one of best massages I ever had and I had many. I already mentioned the spa to a few friends and I highly recommended it.

I’m always impressed with the level of service whenever I come in to Hand and Stone. The receptionist and the massage therapist I see know me by name and do a good job at making me feel welcome. I always ask for Robin if I can get her for my massages – she is so knowledgeable, is great about treating specific problem areas, and provides stretches and aftercare tips to help ease muscle tension post-massage.

I love the friendliness and the service. It is a bit expensive. The therapists are all really good.
