There are a few RMTs at this location that have become my favourites. I can usually get an appointment with one of them that suits my schedule. I appreciate how attentive the receptionists are, and how they take initiative to provide excellent customer service.

Staff are very friendly, I always have a good experience and satisfied with my massages.

We absolutely love receiving massages from our massage therapists. Specifically Dora, who is always so warm and loving welcoming Although we’ve had a few good experiences with Reception, a few other front desk and other administrative staff could work on their friendliness towards clients when speaking over the phone.

Very nice and clean place plus one of the best massage therapist I ever had.

Was extremely happy with my massage Deanne was lovely and she seemed well experienced and used the perfect amount of pressure for a massage plus very attentive to areas in need especially. Neck and shoulders as I get a lot of tension headaches plus the right foot massage that helped me alleviate plantar fasciitis pain! I’m able to walk better this week with almost no pain! Definitely coming back and hoping she will be around for availability, as it’s difficult to find a real good massage therapist, who doesn’t need to be reminded of how much pressure needed for a good relaxing massage!

The massage therapist, Jessica was excellent! She hit all of my pain points holding just enough pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed!

Jim was very good at explaining and providing professional service of my trouble areas. Great pressure and he always checks in with me to be sure. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating!
