The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The lady that massaged me was very good! Very attentive to the areas that were hurting me. She was knowledgeable and ensured that I was comfortable.

I was highly satisfied overall. The only recommendation I would make is regarding the complimentary add-ons that have been offered to me. Please ensure to follow through with them. At my second to last visit, I requested aromatherapy using a complimentary card but that was not relayed to my RMT as she did not do any aromatherapy. I asked again for a complimentary aromatherapy treatment at my last visit (as I booked my appointment in response to an email that offered this promotion), however, I again didn't receive the aromatherapy. It's not a big deal, but annoying to have this offered but not followed through on twice.

It was ready to book in, free parking too! They are on time for appts and the massage therapists are excellent at this location!!!
