The receptionist was friendly and the RMT’s were knowledgeable and totally understand the problem i was experiencing

I was highly satisfied overall. The only recommendation I would make is regarding the complimentary add-ons that have been offered to me. Please ensure to follow through with them. At my second to last visit, I requested aromatherapy using a complimentary card but that was not relayed to my RMT as she did not do any aromatherapy. I asked again for a complimentary aromatherapy treatment at my last visit (as I booked my appointment in response to an email that offered this promotion), however, I again didn't receive the aromatherapy. It's not a big deal, but annoying to have this offered but not followed through on twice.

It was ready to book in, free parking too! They are on time for appts and the massage therapists are excellent at this location!!!

Massage helped in the process for relieving specific aches and pains in the sense that I'm aware it will take a few days to see results. Predictably I will be sore until the relief sets in.

From the time I entered the Spa I felt safe and welcomed. The staff were well trained and friendly. The treatment made me feel so much better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our visit very satisfied. The warm hot towels ans warmed up bed was a very nice touch. I am looking forward to my first stone massage in a few weeks

The hot stone massage was very relaxing. The temperature was just right and so was the pressure used by the RMT. I opted for the peppermint scalp massage upgrade and that was a great way to end the massage!

The spa manager is alway so friendly and inviting, she always brightens a room. My RMT was so nurturing and in tune with what I needed - she exceeded my expectations, I felt SO taken care of!

The staff made me feel so welcome. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I purchased gift cards for daughters.
