The staff were very friendly and made me feel safe while I was in the spa. I was able to easily transfer my massage from my mother's account to mine for that visit as it wasn't able to be used prior to the closing of the store for no additional charge.

The receptionist Taylor was very friendly, and my interactions via email with Niky were pleasant and great! I especially enjoyed my time with RMT Justin, he’s highly skilled and keeps the conversation open to ensuring my needs are being met throughout the massage

Nikki on the phone was great. The staff allowed me to move my appointment time to an earlier time. There’s was. It wait time when I arrived. The RMT, Justin, was extremely Informative on what my problem area was and Completely relieved the pained area. All staff working that day were helpful and polite in their interactions.

Tammy was very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I have had many massages and I have to say this one was the best. I will recommend Tammy at your facility to anyone who will listen.

Amazing service from the time i opened the door and the time i left. My rmt was amazing and very knowledgeable, even considering i have sevier back problems. I left feeling completely amazing and less pain. She was amazing!
