Originally, I emailed to book an appointment for a massage. I was given a response by the manager stating there have been issues with RMT staff availability due to the holiday’s but she kindly gave me a complimentary facial for this issue. The facial I received was booked quickly and I was treated with respect and felt very comfortable. I am impressed with the effort given by the manager and I absolutely appreciated a complimentary facial. Thank you

Nikki at the front & Ashley as my esthetician were amazing. Ashley really has been trained to do these, and her ability exceeded what I had been expecting from the spa

The staff was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly and warm environment. Non - intimidating facility.

- very warm and welcoming reception - esthetician kept me in the loop with what she was doing next in the facial, as it was the first facial i ever got > she suggested a product that has been great for me to far > she checked in to ensure pressure/temperatures were comfortable

The cost!

Could feel gloves. Could hear outside noise. Overall pretty satisfied

I was highly satisfied. As the only main thing I'd change is to be able to have better music playing. I feel like I'm in an elevator lol

i just personally have higher expectations for the price, there could be a better overall ambience. but, that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy the experience.

Wanted add on with my massage but came to know the add on will be within my 50 minutes massage that i am already paying for. So its like i am paying for add on but no extra time for that.

I was satisfied. Did experience irritation during my visit but my esthetician was able to sooth the irritation fast
