Highly satisfied would imply going above and beyond. Everything with my visit was fine. Nothing over the top but also nothing to complain about.

It was a good experience, but it wasn’t outstanding. That is not to say that my esthetician did not do a great job, she did! It was just a regular, experience, nothing fancy. I am satisfied with the experience.

Highly satisfied to me means above and beyond. My expectations were met. I wish there were more benefits for members. For example- there is nothing for your birthday. There have been promotions but with me being a member it has meant I can’t get them too.

All the esthetician I liked are now leaving or already left that location. From discussions I had with some staff and also felt with sessions with both RMT and estheticians I am questioning the work conditions they are in since as clients we can feel if they are stressed or feeling rushed. Their wellbeing or lack of will definitely affect the client experience too.

I feel the massage prices went up so they are a bit more pricey now. Also, the volume of music in the massage room was a bit too loud.

The bed wabbled so I was concerned about that during my treatment so it prevented me to totally relax
