The cost is expensive. I sometimes feel pressure to buy the endorsed skincare products which are out of my price range. But it really is a truly good facial and environment.

It is my first try doing facial in this facility. Compared to previous ones I did in my home country, the process involved is much less. I am used to having full facial that includes extensive blackhead/whitehead removals, etc......the facial done was, I believe, only included exfoliation. My expectations are probably available but a different option and cost. However, the experience was very relaxing and refreshing.

After my facial, some of the product got into my eye. As a result, my eye was irritated for two days. I felt pressured to purchase a product that was used during my facial.

I have accumulated credits and monthly charges amounting close to $400. I'm interested in the new FORMA procedure and when I asked the owner Nikki about it, was flat out told via her receptionist that my credits could not be used, as "not set up with corporate"??? If I wanted to have this service, I would have to pay an additional $500. I have always been told that I can use my credits toward product or services. H&S has over $400 of my $$$, but asking for additional $$$ for the FORMA procedure...resulting in feeling this location is solely a money grab. The only reason I continue to come is for the service Lyndsay provides for facials with no pressure to up-sell, and the convenience of massages. This entire comment regarding the FORMA procedure is making me thing to take my business elsewhere.

It's pricier than most places which can make it difficult to book frequently. Service was good.

I didn't find any reason to be over-the-top excited about my visit. It was a fine visit. The receptionist and my therapist were nice and polite. My massage was good, not great.
