The therapist I believe was on her phone at different points. She was distracted and when I looked up at one point she was looking down at her lap while trying to massage my neck but not paying attention. Not sure if there was an emergency but she did that multiple times in the session.

I feel like the aesthetician could have applied a little more pressure. I believe they know what they were doing very well nonetheless.

I added add- on treatments (foot therapy as well as aromatherapy) however I thought additional time would be added for the foot therapy treatment however it was still done in the 50 mins time booked. I was expecting an additional 15 mins.

I specifically told the esthetician that I needed extractions done. She barely completed the extractions. I was very disappointed especially given the recent price increase.

The only dissatisfaction I have is with the membership increasing. The services provided by Manuela are always great and satisfying. Perhaps if membership cost is increased, increase the time of services.

I received a gift certificate for a Serenity Package for Christmas from my son, Adam Tillie, who is a member with your company, I was told when I return for the second service, I will be charged more because your prices have increased. It was not a gift card with an amount listed (eg$200 towards a massage and facial) but rather Serenity Package (50min massage, 50 min Facial) Just the idea that I was told I will need to pay the up charge the next time I am in, was disappointing and disgusting. I booked the service within a few months, not years later.

I didn't feel relaxed after my service still sore maybe I need another massage 😩

The consultation was too long and the only recommended products were the ones sold until asked specifically for other options. I enjoyed the facial but felt like it was a consolation prize after not opting for the up-sell to the anti-aging facial

Expecting to be highly satisfied would be like asking for perfection and I always believe that there are ways to improve an experience. I am just not a person that clicks highly satisfied for everything but I am also trying to not focus on the negative of an experience either.
