Membership prices are not good enough for other services. They should offer osteopath and chiropractor services too.

Need more detail on the facial itself, neck’s should not be ignored during a facial, hot towels constantly aren’t really adding to experience and should and arm massage should be added to the experience when you take on an add on. Have had oxygeno before and had 3 pucks compared to 2.

Price advertised on window outside location was $10 less than I was charged. No price adjustment was done. The staff just said they told management and it was not changed.

Location I went to did not have online message other locations have. Pricey in comparison to other massage places

There is always room for improvement. Therapist was knowledgeable but difficult to understand.

I was very satisfied..

The therapist I believe was on her phone at different points. She was distracted and when I looked up at one point she was looking down at her lap while trying to massage my neck but not paying attention. Not sure if there was an emergency but she did that multiple times in the session.

Room is too dark for clothing change.

I feel like the aesthetician could have applied a little more pressure. I believe they know what they were doing very well nonetheless.
