Room was too light Therapist talked too much Overall massage was good, but it felt like she was just rubbing my muscles

Overall was a great experience. The receptionist is very nice and professional. My masseuse Jennifer is amazing.

Loud conversation/ laughter in the next room or hallway that took away from the peaceful experience

The staff and service was great. I did notice the walls were a bit thin and you could hear noise from next door.

The time it took to check out. Receptionist did not know how to apply credit and tip.

Was the first visit so I'd like to see how more experiences go here but I do plan to come back. My visit was a good experience, satisfied with it. Really like the cleanliness of the rooms & all areas as well as the RMT wearing a mask at my request was very much appreciated

The office was bare but functional, lacking much personality. Everything was clean but it also felt very sterile. The therapist was great, and clearly knew what she was doing, but the overall experience lacked warmth... it was more like shopping retail than a relaxing massage experience. Effective and efficient but flavourless.

Prefer 60 min appointment. Many therapists hut the good ones are only working 1 to 2 days

Nothing as such to comment on. I was in hurry. So i didn't observe few things , mentioned in the survey.
