It was very expensive. Treatment was good. Results were ok.

I was very satisfied, however I realized after the fact that I wish the RMT had spent more time on a certain area. I didn't mention anything at the time, so it's not his fault. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The products you could purchase were highly priced. I had to wait a while for my mom to finish when our appointments were supposed to be done at the same time.

They dont have direct billing option otherwise i will become a member. They should change the policy and accept direct billing

I felt put in an awkward position being asked to upgrade with add on treatment during my facial. I prefer this be done beforehand. Also, I received emails for facial and massage package pricing by email but when I called was told this was not available because there were no appointments available for times before the offer expired. Then I got two more similar emails offering the same thing. No idea why these offers are being made if they cannot be fulfilled.

To add to the ambience maybe have a diffuser with oils for a smell ,

Overall service was good. Receptionist offered samples that was used during the session , however was reprimanded infront of us and educated as to who get samples(only if product is purchase) and samples wasn't given. I found it quiet distasteful how the situation was dealt with.

they booked my appointment for the wrong day multiple times and i drove there twice to them saying it was the wrong day, even though i called to make sure when it was on the days i went . did not receive any sort of discount for this matter either .
