The esthetician was friendly and kind. She answered all of my question. The problem was I have a problem t zone with lots of black head. I know that my skin I sensitive and the extraction needs to be done gentle, but there was no extraction at all. When I come home I did the work by myself. There was blackhead that just needed a little help to get extracted.

I am unable to book hot stone massage from Past 3 months now. Also, My wife and me was promised to get complimentary head massage for 15mins in our January visit, which we have not received till date.

I have been to the same esthetician for the last 15 years who spent lot of time on me and personal touch maybe due to the relationship. I haven't been out for the last 3 years due to covid and recovering from an illness. This is the first time I went to a different place hence can't really rate highly satisfied. I was given a gift certificate so thought to use it and found the experience good!

When I went home, there was some face mask residue on the sides of my face (dried) and it was a bit itchy.

I could hear a lot of noise outside of the massage room. People talking/moving around.

The only reason I rated it like that was because you could hear the neighbours. It was a bit distracting. But I realize that there is nothing you can do.

I’m overall satisfied with my experience. Had a good massage (always feels short) Facial was great and all my questions were addressed and super great service. Would love to buy the products…just to pricey for my budget at this time.

Good staff, ambience and treatment.

I am very well satisfied with the RMT (Leizl) that did my massage but was not really pleased with the other RMT (we booked a couple’s massage). I guess next time we will just be picky with who we wanted to book with.
