Good staff, ambience and treatment.

I am very well satisfied with the RMT (Leizl) that did my massage but was not really pleased with the other RMT (we booked a couple’s massage). I guess next time we will just be picky with who we wanted to book with.

Was supposed to receive a couples hot stone message, but because my original appt. Was rescheduled the message therapists I had was not licensed for hot stone. I was not notified about this when my appt. Was rescheduled.

Grace was different then how she usually is. This time she kind of just swirled her hands in the same direction for the whole massage. She was disconnected.

Service was wonderful!

The appointment time is only 50min instead of 60 for the cost of intro massage. The rooms were not decorated to have a spa feel, did not spend enough time on area of pain

Grace was wonderful my first time with her. I went back a second time and for some reason I wasn’t as satisfied as the first time and left with more bruises on my arms and legs. I will give her another go but worry the bruising may be an issue even if I prefer deep tissue massages. The staff is very friendly and I enjoy the Dixie location best out of the three locations I’ve tried.

There was smell to the massage pillow. Small rooms. D

I would have liked this experience to be more accustomed to my personal preference and targeting the issues I am more in pain - maybe for the therapist to ask what areas they would like to work on
