We felt as though both RMTs rushed the end of the service. I expressed a focus on mainly my back legs and feet but he didn't do the front of my legs and spent barely any time on them. Honestly would have tipped $20 but for those last minute rushing and stuff he only got $10

I had mentioned in my intake form that my neck and shoulders were bothering me, and I believe I mentioned it again when I first entered the room. But, she focused on my knee that was not bothering me instead. Not sure if there was a miscommunication.

I am new to getting massages, so i do not have a frame of reference to compare it to. This is the only location I've visited.

I was satisfied with my experience at hand and stone spa! The people were very friendly, customer service is excellent and really made me feel welcome. I will definitely be spreading the word and sharing my experiences!

Nothing to add specifically. Realize it is part of the policy due to pandemic. But my only thing was it was little difficult to breathe with a mask on while head down on the table.

One of the massage therapists did not suit my needs at all. The second I was disappointed when I booked an appointment about a month prior and showed up for my appointment but it was not in the system.
