Hand and Stone

I am new to getting massages, so i do not have a frame of reference to compare it to. This is the only location I've visited.

I was satisfied with my experience at hand and stone spa! The people were very friendly, customer service is excellent and really made me feel welcome. I will definitely be spreading the word and sharing my experiences!

Nothing to add specifically. Realize it is part of the policy due to pandemic. But my only thing was it was little difficult to breathe with a mask on while head down on the table.

I'm highly satisfied

One of the massage therapists did not suit my needs at all. The second I was disappointed when I booked an appointment about a month prior and showed up for my appointment but it was not in the system.

This is no fault of anyone, but wearing a mask during a massage isn't the most comfortable. However, in say that I have come a few times because I enjoy my experience so much. Looking forward to returning post COVID.

time spend is less pressure is hard sometimes overall seems good
