There was confusion in a ordered service type.

Pain in my neck, not massaged well.

Couples massage..the one therpaist kept talking which made it hard for me to relax and fully enjoy the experience.

It was a good experience, I had no issues. The staff were kind, courteous, respectful, and honoured my requests (and there were times when I could have asked for less pressure but didn’t). I just miss the style of my previous masseur (different company) who was intuitive and phenomenal. He moved out of country and I haven’t found anyone since that a offered comparable experience. Like I said, staff here were great 👍

The massage that I had booked was the 80 minute Hot Stone Couples massage. On the day of the massage, we were taken aback with the news that there was only 1 RMT trained for the hot stone massage. Despite talking to the staff numerous times in the week prior to booking and finalizing the appointment, no one had mentioned this to us. However, the receptionist did her best to accommodate us that day by allowing us each a 40 min Hot Stone Massage and a Swedish massage for the other 40 minutes. This way, my spouse got to experience both Swedish and Hot Stone massages and he was quite happy. I did not get to experience the full 80 min hot stone which I needed for my upper back pain, so I was satisfied but not Highly Satisfied. We just hope that there will be clear communication within the Hand and Stone team in the future and clear communication to the customer, beforehand, in the future. Doing so would result in no surprises on the day of the massage and would lead to increased satisfaction levels.

There can always be scope for improvement I would like more aroma in the massage rooms The music can be more soothing

I was looking to get a deep tissue massage to remove all the knots that are in my neck and shoulder area. However, all I got was a relaxing massage and not a deep tissue massage to relieve all the sore spots. The next day, I felt the same instead of feeling relaxed and relieved.

Right side really well looked after, left side not so much. Offer for free aromatherapy or scalp massage never mentioned.

At this time with the covid, I felt worried with my face in the pillow hole as the cloth used is very thin. Also i had a hard time breathing while wearing my mask during my massage and it just wasn't very relaxing because of that. The massage, the therapist and the room, were all great. It's unfortunate that i feel scared to return during these times. All the best!

I filled out the forms digitally, but I came early to fill out the pieces I didn't want online. I was only allowed to come in at my appointment time (4:30pm), so I was waiting for 15 min. in my car, not giving me a lot of time to fill out the form in-person. I also wanted to write all this in the previous section of the evaluation form, but it wouldn't give me enough characters to do so. I think your evaluation form should be adjusted so there are more characters allowed in these sections.
