My massage did not have enough pressure.

My scalp massage was forgotten

When i booked my appointment, I was offered a free aromotherapy or peppermint scalp massage for myself and my husband. We both selected the scalp massage. Both of our massage therapists did not provide the scalp massage, stating they didn't see it on the appointment sheet. The receptionist stated she made a note on our file for the next visit.

I was told I was upgraded to an aromatherapy treatment included at no cost but it was not provided

It is the first Visit so it is hard to gage ad a comparison. But it was a a satisfying experience nonetheless.

too clinical, too sterile, too regulated.

I wish there would have been a transition room. Better ambiance in the reception areas and massage rooms— more plants, softer lighting For ex. I would have liked a defuser with essential oils, if they were used then I would have wanted more. A perfect full spa experience has extra things like lemon water, or hot water, after your massage, or a hot hand towel.

Friendly service, very good massage and I was in and out in no time.

Surprised that clients walking in weren’t asked to immediately sanitize their hands (wasn’t asked at all.) When person before me finished their massage, they mentioned they didn’t fill out the covid screening form - so they did it after the fact... which seems pointless. Massage started late (after 1:07pm - when I laid down on the bed and waited for therapist to come in) and ended at 1:53 - so didn’t get a full 50 minutes!

For massage should use more oil
