There isn't a specific reason for not giving a Highly Satisfied. This was my first visit and the customer service that I received was great. Though there is always room improvement.

New site Inexperienced staff Didn't get to use my extra scalp massage even though I told them when I booked. I had a gift card but had to pay extra even though I was told it was completely covered when I purchased it

Though I enjoyed the overall experience of the facial at Hand and Stone, I was somewhat disappointed with a few things the esthetician used. I felt the towels were a little too hot, and she could have asked me if she was applying enough pressure when massaging. Also, the towels she used to cleanse my face were rough, and sopping wet. They could have been softer and she should have rung out all the water so it was not dripping down my neck. I think with more experience she will be wonderful, however I didn't feel that my experience was exceptional which is what I look for in a facial every time. I still had a relaxing experience however I likely will not look to rebook her for some time.

I would have enjoyed if the esthetician has explained what products she was using during the facial and what they were going to target - also please use discretion when telling people they have "wrinkles" "Fine lines" etc.... it needs to be communicated in a compassionate way and not in a way that makes the client feel like they have done something wrong or look bad....
