Hand and Stone

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone due to the friendliness of the receptionist, Christiana. She is customer friendly, she is always greeting customers with a smile and she is pays attention to the customers needs. She advises them accordingly about pending rewards and advises customers of any promotions that may be happening or that a customer could benefit from.

I've been a Hand & Stone member in Houston, TX before moving to Toronto a year ago. I came in for 2 appointments before my most recent one and these 2 weren't great for me (I did not enjoy my experience with the previous 2 therapists for some reason, they seemed to do everything correctly, maybe we just did not click); however, this time I was with Dora and it was fantastic! I was so satisfied and relaxed after my appointment and immediately decided to get a new membership in Canada. Dora was super friendly, attentive, and worked on all of the areas that I needed focus on!

I was attended to immediately I arrived. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable on how to handle my specific concerns The room was very clean and the ambiance was great!

Front receptionist was extremely nice! I’ve already told three people I loved my experience and all of them have heard of this location from another person or looked at the website right away. Eva was amazing, my massage left me feeling amazing and relaxed!

I asked for a relaxing massage, and I felt the therapist with her skill, met my expectations. I enjoyed the massage, the warm towels and the friendliness of the personnel.

My esthetician, Zankhana was very professional and very polite and friendly. She knew her products very well and also the use of the machines. I was totally pleased with her service and with the friendly staff reception. Definitely will go back soon. Thank you! Regards, Lydia Vercillo

The therapist is really good and nice. The receptionist is very friendly. The whole experience was great.

The staff is always very nice and accommodating. The ability to book online and be put on a last minute waitlist is very convenient and the hours and appointments available is very convenient.

Very knowledgable on the products and services! Very nice hands doing the service and she kept me informed on what was happening all the times!
