Luz, my therapist, is very knowledgeable and effective. Both my husband and I visit with Luz when we can and given the covid conditions, we feel safe and comfortable visiting this location.

I had Gerber from the Natick branch, he was very kind and a soft hearted person who made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. He really took into account what we had discussed about specific areas and And made sure to give advice on how to feel less sore the next day when we worked out some knots.

The reason that I responded that there was a problem is that the esthetician did not wear a face shield the entire visit. She did wear a mask, but since I could not wear a mask (facial) I thought she would double protect for both of us. I did not ask about this when I was booking my appointment; maybe I should have. I just assumed that the service provider would be wearing both a mask and a shield. After I asked the esthetician to wear a face shield, she did put one on, but at the end of the appointment, she was not wearing it again. Only the mask.

Just right. Awesome technique, right amount of talking (very little). Pleasant.

This was the first time I had received a massage and from booking the appointment to the actually massage, it was a smooth process. I felt so much more relaxed following the massage and it relieve a lot of back tension I’ve been feeling due to that stress.
