The therapist was excellent. The receptionist was very matter of fact, when I scheduled the session I told the person the gift card number, I was told It was for a massage..that's what I booked.when I checked out the reception said I owed $20. When I questioned that she said the card was from Arizona and prices differ there. I told her my daughter bought the card at that location as she works next door at COGNEX. The receptionist just turned and disregarded me.

Everyone there is very friendly and nice. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure you are satisfied.

The cleanliness of the spa was exceptional. I enjoyed the aromotherapy of the facial creams used on me - and the explanation of the facial woman, Sarah, of each product. When I asked she shared me with the benefits. a very pleasant experience. Plus, the manager, David, is very customer-centric and helpful!

First off, the receptionist greeted me by my name and actually pronounced it right. My massage therapist Ernesto is really knowledgeable and gave me tips on what do do between sessions to help stretch my back.
