Anyone I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. It is clear that customer service and satisfaction are top priorities! During this last visit, I was happy to see the safety and cleanliness measures in place and was very happy with the promotions offered to welcome members back.

The massage therapist worked on the areas I specifically needed. He was knowledgeable about anatomy and what areas needed the most work. He was friendly and and worked effectively.

Gerber is my now weekly massage expert. I have a completely fused spine. Not only did he ask good questions and take extra care to tend to my pain, he did research on spinal fusion so the next visit he had more techniques and stretches to suggest.

Sara was amazing. I explained what my monthly facial regimen is and she matched available services to my specific needs. She simply did a superb job. I’m Marcia’s client but I would book Sara again in her absence any time. My only issue with the total visit was I could not get the intake form to work in iPad. But they were kind enough to let me bring with me.
