I would recommend dimming the lights in the massage room for a more relaxing environment.

My experience was good/very good but not excellent/exceptional like it would be at a fancy spa. I don’t like the “up sell” where the things that make a service special, cost extra. I left satisfied but disappointed I won’t be a regular customer because your membership and walk-in prices are too high.

Alexa was an amazing masseuse and was professional, kind, and worked very hard! The front desk attendant, Tiffany is wonderful. She made me feel very welcome.

People were almost TOO focused on showing me the Attention Button that it kind of made me worry something might happen? I love having that option to make people feel safe but it was brought up again and again and again. Also I was a little unsure of what to do to prepare for the masseuse - what level to undress to and whether to start on my front or back.

The technician started 10 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early

I wish I knew of more therapists with the same quality that Shelly delivers. I have tried a couple of others and the qualty was not the same. Even if I had 2 therapists that were of the same quality I would find it easier to book appointments at times most convenient for me.

I don’t rate highly satisfied unless all parameters of item exceeded.

The massage therapist was good but never said her name never asked any questions about pressure, didn't confirm appt was 60 or 90mins long or said when hot stones were going to be used

My massage therapist was respectful and attentive while performing the service. While it seems minor, the 60-minute massage started late and ended early. Making the decision to pay for a 60-minute massage is a big investment. I would like to get the massage for the full 60 minutes. Losing a combined 10+ minutes left me feeling dissatisfied.

It was very expensive, the products available for purchase were also very expensive, and I felt like I was being pushed into buying new products and getting more treatment add-one rather than relaxing and enjoying the time I had
