I like the staff and my experiences. You have a lit of work to do on your online appointments. I don't like not seeing status of my credits or my reward programs.

The hand and stone prices are going up quickly and becoming near prices of full service spas with other amenities. The massage therapists keep leaving so can’t find one to stay with.

My massage was just ok. She didn't use enough lotion and barely put effort into a few area's. I usually go to a different therapist but she was not available.

The massage therapist was fantastic… if you were looking for a very deep tissue, hard pressure massage, with stretching included (which I do sometimes want, but not this time.) He asked me what I wanted to focus on and I said, “I just want to relax.” He should have asked an additional question… “What does “relax” mean to you?” I would have asked him to focus on the head, hands, feet, light shoulders, and the other usual stuff. Instead, I got a very deep tissue massage and had to ask many times for him to lighten up on the pressure. It was just too much for me. I got no head massage at all, very little on the hands, and when I asked about the feet, he says he normally doesn’t do it, but would for me. And he did (after he put gloves on.) Again, talented massage therapist. Just not at all what I needed or wanted on this last visit.

The massage I received was just fine. It wasn't the best I've had and there wasn't a lot of communication, though communication is a two-way street - I could have said more. Overall she was good, knowledgeable, and when I asked a question she readily answered. I could have used a bit more pressure personally, but again, I could have said as much.

I was offered an introductory price then once on table was sold up on a procedure that cost me $150 more. I don’t like being put in that situation. The massage was perfect and although I liked the facial the cost was great.

I had asked for lavender aromatherapy, and it wasn't used. I had honestly forgotten about it until I saw the bill later. It's totally fine that it wasn't used. I just don't want to pay for something I didn't use!

Felt a hard sell to buy products. Lots of add on on my bill. Did not understand when she told me what she was goi g to do that it would be an extra $100. Not a good introduction to a new salon.

My massage was amazing - no complaints. My facial was likewise amazing; however, as the aesthetician was recommending treatments, I assumed they were options covered in the basic facial, not amounting to 3x my monthly membership. She should have shared openly that these were add-on services. I didn’t realize it until I checked my email receipt after I left. And, they tried to convince me to add on a $350 cryo treatment on my next visit (or 5 for the “discounted cost of $1,000”). My Hudson location never did what the Natick MA did. Very disappointed.
