Highly satisfied has no room to grow so I don’t use it

I was satisfied. I will not return in 90 days b/c it’s not who I am. I work a lot of 6 day weeks.

The reception area was very chaotic. It would be nice if there was a separation area to relax while waiting, although it was only a matter of waiting for a few minutes. My massage therapist called out my name but didn’t introduce herself.

Not sure what to expect. Overall very pleased. Made another appointment

Other spas in the area that offer similar prizing have a quiet relaxation room and robes/changing room with lockers and showers before your service. Also let you choose the type of music and scent for your lotion which is nice.

She wasn’t good with transition. After every body part she would stop, hands would leave me completely, go back to get more lotion/oil. And it would take 10-15 seconds. And I could hear what she was doing. So it wasn’t relaxing because with a really good therapist their hands never leave your body. With this it was abrupt so she would stop, then there is nothing then you don’t know where she is going to touch next. Every time I thought I could doze off it would be cold all Of a sudden and I would have to wait for her to start again. The massage itself, while she was working, was good. It’s probably just being new? Educated? I hope this makes sense and is helpful. I will certainly go back but maybe not to her

The pressure was too intense even after stating it was painful. Left with more pain than came in with. Still feeling the after effects day after. Unable to chew solids or move my neck as much as previously.

First visit, need more experience

I am a member, but had to pay an additional $60 for services that were recommended. Normally, money would not bother me, but my face (less than 12 hours later) was so dry it is flaking. I felt good leaving, but could not tell at all the next morning that I had had a facial.
