When I called to make the appointment I was put on hold, however, the phone was not muted. I had called about a recent promotion and overheard an employee complain about the new promotion price. I felt a little uncomfortable knowing that the employee was not happy about the price before I came in.

I appreciate the discount for the first time coming but when I added the option of the foot massage and paid extra for it I don’t understand why that was included in my hour why would I have paid more for it if it didn’t add time to the visit. I suppose I could’ve just asked the therapist to work on my hands and feet?

Actually, I was very satisfied. In general, I try to avoid the superlative: I prefer to keep it for exceptional occasions. Shelly knows her stuff and is very pleasant to work with.

It was a very attractive and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with my experience. I would only have one suggestion to heat the tables with a warming pad. The room was chilly and the bed was cold.
