I felt the reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful and informative when it came to learning more about the products and services available. My massage therapist was outstanding. I told her what areas I needed help with and she was thorough and effective in helping me.

Both the massage therapists I regular use give a great massage and have outgoing personalities. The receptionist is always glad to reschedule my weekly appointment whenever I have a conflict arise. And the club membership discount works out great for weekly visits.

I made an appointment the day of and the entire experience was fantastic. The receptionist was very helpful over the phone and when I arrived, I waited only a short period, and Shelli did an amazing job.

People were highly professional and knowledgeable. I experienced a cancellation as the massage therapist became I’ll and then on the new day a switch to a different therapist as my selected one was overbooked. The fill in was very good and the sales gave me a free add-on to make up for the issue. Recovery is everything.

My massage therapist is wonderful. She always asks if there is anything I would like her to focus on. She has also given recommendations to have less pain between visits.
