WBU Kitchener has very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They always take time to help me with any of my questions and carry my purchases to the car. The products are a bit more expensive than other stores but the quality is far superior. When one of my feeders broke they immediately fixed it at no charge. The bird seed is excellent quality. They also sell other products such as bird-friendly coffee and other environmentally friendly products. I always enjoy going to WBU Kitchener and will continue to shop there.

excellent shopping experience.

Found on website wanted to be sure of items birds could eat. Sale lady was amazing and patient as I had questions. I purchased 5 products and returned the very nest day for 1 more. I told my neighbour who also went out and bought a big bag of seed based on my conversation of fillers regular bird seed bags Carrie’s ( learned that there ). I will be returning monthly for my seed . Loved my visit store so many things to see and staff are top notch. Thanks. Debbie
