Catherine greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. This was followed by friendly conversation that allowed me to easily communicate what I was looking for. Catherine was very easy to speak with and very knowledgeable about the product offering as well as birds in our area. This was my first visit to WBU as a result of seeing some your product while visiting a family member in Ottawa. As a result of the early conversation with Catherine she was extremely helpful in putting together our first WBU kit and selection of some seed for our feeders. I look forward to returning and finding some more gems in the store!

Just put up my first bird feeder and know nothing. Needed plenty of help and asked a million questions. Staff very patient and knowledgeable. Told me about the app Merlin and a bit on how to use it which I give bonus points for !

The employee (Sue?) was a great help to us. We told her what birds we were seeing wanted to keep coming to our yard and she helped us determine what products we wanted and would use. She is highly knowledgeable about birds in general. She is probably one of Wild Birds Unlimited's best assets!!
