I like that the store has consistent and knowledgeable staff. I feel they are trying to help me find what I want not just make a sale. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful!

Michelle, the sales woman was very knowledgeable in the feeder I needed and suggested a starter kit. It works very well and was easy to set up.

Friendly staff who always take the time to talk - treat customers like they are valued. Staff eager to discuss seasonal options but never “force a product or sale”. Wide variety of quality products and membership has its perks 😀 I always enjoy my visit to the Kitchener store!!
