WBU has an extremely friendly staff and are always willing to help out with what we are trying to do. My wife and myself have become avid bird watchers...thanks to WBU and we are attracting beautiful birds to our back yard in North-West Waterloo. We have NEVER had a bad experience/visit at this location.

We love the quality of the products and gifts offered for sale at the store. The staff are not only knowledgeable about the products but they are also very friendly. We always enjoy visiting the store.
