It is wonderful to have Wild Birds store here in Kitchener, instead of going to Guelph which I did for many years. Cathy Hale and her staff are always pleasant and helpful, makes shopping a happy trip. My only suggestion would be to have less expensive packaging of bird seed as I put mine in sealed containers. Bird seed has always been expensive and even more so now. So as long as packaging can support seed from A to B. I know it looks great but that doesn’t really matter.

The store is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is with the quality of the product given that it was quite expensive. I purchased a heated bird bath to allow our friendly visitors to have access to water this winter. The bowl and heater work great but the pole that was provided to put the bath into the ground is very poorly designed and poor quality. After placing it into the ground as instructed, the bowl is very wobbly and unstable. My husband is going to have to design something to stabilize it so that it doesn’t fall over. I would not recommend this product to friends and family unless they wanted to mount it on a deck rail where it would be more stable.
