Love the knowledge,friendly staff, & fact that they recognize us it’s like we were in there own backyard. Just sitting in our lawn chairs & looking at their feeder. (Referring to their video feed by their cashier station) It’s nice to run into Sara every once in awhile! An added bonus. Used to drive down to the Guelph location so glad that they are down in our area! During Covid times we ordered thou the delivery service on a frequent basics because we didn’t, want to see them go!!

Easy to find what I want and good quality product.

I know nothing about birds but my husband enjoys them. I wanted to get him a gift so he could watch the birds while he is home this summer for radiation treatments. The staff told me I wasn’t likely to get orioles at this time of year - they are set in their ways? - but we have had orioles every day! Very happy with the knowledgeable staff and suggestions. Happy with my purchase and will probably be back for another bird feeder.

The only place in the KW region to shop if you really enjoy feeding the birds. Quality seed, unique and varied selection of feeders. Feeding the birds goes beyond simply putting out some food for them in your backyard. It’s understating why and how we need to help the birds, how their well being and survival ties into our own and shopping at WBU might just help you start that journey. My advice: go anywhere else and then pay them a visit…you’ll understand:)
