I am always greeted when I arrive to the locations. I also seem to always have amazing therapists. THey listen to my concerns and tailor my experience to it.

My therapist was very knowledgeable in explaining the problem areas and going right to the area. I think his name was Tim or Jim at the City Line location. This is the second time I used v him and both times were excellent. A good asset to your company.

I try hard not to fall asleep. I want to remember the experience. But I fall asleep and hear myself snore. That means it was an excellent massage.

The service was excellent, staff was professional and knowledgeable. The only negative comment : You could improve or move your waiting area. If you have multiple treatments and they are not scheduled back to back, you have to re-dress and go back to the main waiting area. Because of this inconvenient, I sometimes book only one treatment instead of two. You should consider having a Client waiting area in the back where you could sit until your next treatment. Thank you.

Great service, awesome receptionist, fantastic massage therapist. I would recommend that this location offer mints for guests like the Bryn Mawr location does.
