My massage therapist was Essence and she did an amazing job. I just wanted to go to sleep by the time Essence was done. I felt great for the rest of the day. I'll be back soon.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I loved the message therapist and I'm committed to continuing booking with her. This is my 2nd or 3rd booking with her and I always leave satisfied and feeling good.

The best massage from Hand and Stone ever

I had my last massage at the Hand & Stone is Wayne. The waiting area is very busy as is the counter where there is typically 4 or 5 different staff members. The waiting room was not a calming area but I was so pleasantly surprised with the one in Bala Cynwd. I even remarked to the manager how calming it was. Looking forward to my next visit.

The check in was easy. My facial met all of my expectations and was actually more relaxing than I expected because I got a shoulder massage. My face felt smoother after and I got my questions answered about follow up care.
