I was able to get an appointment for a Sunday. The therapist was new to me but was very good.

Therapist and booking agent were outstanding

Everyone was really nice and welcoming. The environment was very welcoming and relaxing. All staff were able to answer my questions and accommodate my needs-shoutout to Paige and Chantal

I loved the cleanliness of the environment. I also loved that the beds were heated; I think that was a nice touch.

The therapist Dana was great

I like the Bala Cynwyd Hand and Stone location which is very convenient to where I live. Every thing is wonderful there.

My massage therapist was very nice and friendly. Explained all the extras and helped recommend what would be best for me. It was my first time at hand and stone and my over all experience was perfect exactly what I was looking for. I got a membership so I plan on going again in the near future.

My facial with Brooke was incredible. I get facials a couple of times a year just for the relaxation, and this time I was also going because I thought it would help soothe my migraine. Brooke knew exactly what to do, knew where to focus to help my pain, and her hands were wonderful. I'm even thinking of buying a membership so that i can see her monthly!
