Hand and Stone

I love coming to hand and stone. I have been a member for over a year and it’s well worth the membership fee. Roxanne is one of the best.

February 1st would have been my 30th wedding anniversary! My husband passed in 2012. The quality of the massage helped me to relax and think positively!

I appreciate the knowledge esthetician, and staff members. They make me feel comfortable with purchasing products and receiving services. Also I love the clean and friendly atmosphere.

Great experience

My experience was pleasant, from welcome to check-in to the massage itself. The staff were all friendly and efficient. My massage therapist Herbert was knowledgeable, professional, and tailored his approach to the needs of my body.

I have a lot of packages I asked at the front desk if there was a way that I freeze my account for a period of time until I bring them down without penalty I was told only for 3 months with a 10.00 charge per month. Is there a longer period that could be done without charge. 2020 we were indoors and part of 2021.

The lady was very helpful and pleasant. She answers all my questions to the best of her ability. I like the way she took her time and hit all my points on my body that made me feel great. Her name is Essence. She also helps me decide to come back without even knowing.

Athina is a talented and amazing massage therapist! I imagine that all of ther therapists are wonderful but she and Mrs. Roxanne are my favorite. Further, I have communicated with various staff including the manager Grace at the front. Each one of them are professional - Brittany, Matthew, Vera, etc. It is appreciated!

The therapist was gentle but firm, I knew I was in for good rub when she was warming up and hit a sore spot on my glute without me even informing her of that. #sheDIDTHAT!

The premise was clean, tidy, and all employees were properly wearing their masks. Everyone was polite and kind, for an all around wonderful experience. The esthecian was very informative and the service was wonderful.
