The staff were very professional and nice. The massage was very relaxing and I loved it because it really helped me a lot. Social distance and cleanliness was very well done.

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because they had seat covers to show what seats were recently used and not cleaned. The room where I received my facial was clean and they explained the products that were going to be put on my face.

My massage therapist was fantastic! I could tell that she really knew what she was doing. It was obvious that she was very knowledgable with muscle location and how to properly work each muscle. Some therapists don't seem to know those things. I was very relaxed and very impressed. I was planning on canceling my membership but now I'm a little more open to keeping it... but I can't afford it rn
