My massage therapist, Porter continues to amaze me every time I visit. She does a great job with attention to detail and making sure the overall goal is achieved. She is the reason I continue to visit. Not only does her vibrant energy project into others but you leave with a great feeling of satisfaction and relief from stress and pain. She’s flat out great.

Ms Porter is AWESOME! Ms. Roxanne is GREAT. And front desk people are always friendly.

I would like to extend my appreciation to the receptionist, Janel. I spoke with her earlier in the week to schedule 5 massages as well as a facial as part of a birthday celebration for my sister. None of us had ever visited the Hand and Stone on Bala. We usually visit the one in Rittenhouse and/or other locations. Janel was helpful and concise. When one of the massage therapists called out this past Saturday resulting in one cancelled or postponed massage, she notified me of the matter and provided options. My sister had a wonderful birthday. In addition to Janel, my mother, other sister, cousins and I also had a wonderful experience due to the 2 receptionists that night as well as 4 massage therapists and 2 estheticians who provided quality service. Thank you!
