The staff was pleasant and prompt from the door, while still getting done what they need to do. The team before and after were very helpful. The therapist had not had me before, asked me appropriate questions without talking to me too much, which helped me get calm and focus on the moment and the music. Much needed.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. My masseuse was very helpful with relieveing pain and stress. She also gave helpful tip on was to relieve my pain in between massages.
